Spring Air Conditioning Tune-Up

  • Chemically clean & thoroughly wash condenser coils.
  • Inspect standard air-filters.
  • Wash & check condensing unit for proper motor & bearing wear.
  • Lubricate motor & fan bearings & other moving parts as necessary.
  • Clean & inspect evaporator coil and drain pan when readily accessible.
